General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope – Subject of the contract:

The General Terms and Conditions of Soul flow Yoga apply to participation in all courses (workshops, training) and services (group and individual lessons) I offer - hereinafter referred to collectively as courses - in accordance with the contract concluded between Soul flow Yoga and the participant. Tuition agreement. The General Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs, unless a differentiation is made in the respective clause.

§2 Registration – Conclusion of contract:

The contract is concluded via correspondence (e-mail, PM) or in person and is binding and legally valid upon confirmation. The concluded contract only grants the participant the right to use the services regulated in the contract after payment. This claim cannot be transferred to a third person. The contract duration is determined by the respective contract or teaching agreement.

§3 Payment conditions:

The course fee is paid in advance and must be paid before the start of the event in accordance with the payment deadline specified in the lesson agreement. In exceptional cases, cash payment on site is also possible. The current price list applies. The course fee must be paid at the start of the course at the latest.

§4 Cancellation of booked workshops, individual events:

The participant can withdraw up to 14 days before the start of the event. The organizer is then entitled to appropriate compensation. This amounts to 50% of the agreed participation fee. These regulations apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation and even if a certificate is presented.

§4.1 Cancellation conditions for closed courses:

Lessons missed by participants cannot be made up or transferred to the subsequent course. Soul flow Yoga makes every effort to offer possible alternative dates within the course week, provided that classes are canceled in good time and the respective group size of a parallel course allows it.

§4.2 Withdrawal of the organizer:

Soul flow Yoga is entitled to withdraw from a contract, especially for events for which there are not enough registrations or the event has to be canceled due to circumstances for which Soul Flow Yoga is not responsible. In such cases, any course fees already paid will be fully refunded.

§5 Liability:

Soul flow Yoga excludes any liability to participants for injuries and damage to health that is not based on a grossly negligent breach of duty or intent. A disclaimer of liability is hereby accepted by the participant and is considered part of the contractual agreement. Liability for property and valuables is also not accepted.

§6 Changes to the course offerings

Soul flow Yoga is free to change course dates in a reasonable manner. If lessons are missed, Soul Flow Yoga is subject to compensation, i.e. the lessons will be made up promptly.

§7 Right of withdrawal:

A right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision. Every order for such services is therefore binding immediately after confirmation by us and obliges the participant to accept and pay for the ordered services.

§8 Severability clause:

If one or more provisions of our General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. The contractual partners undertake to replace the invalid provision with an effective regulation that comes as close as possible to this provision.
